In the current state of the technology, emails of such size are not “internet email friendly” regardless of the level of service. Most corporations (even Starwood, IBM, Bank America) don’t allow large emails. The problem has to do with efficiency of the Internet and also efficiency of the SMTP protocol (which is what carries email over the Internet.) It is also a HUGE security risk to send such large emails large files are not easy to scan on email (for viruses and spyware.)
