Client may request receipt by mail only. ===How do I determine what is on an invoice?=== Invoices are detailed and clearly describe each charge. If payment is made by credit card, the invoice will note payment and show invoice marked as paid. ==Recurring Hosting Billing== ===How often do I get billed for hosting?=== We have several billing options. You may select monthly, quarterly, bi-annual or annual billing periods. ===When does my hosting service begin?=== Hosting service commences the day after your website goes live. Ongoing hosting service invoices are generated automatically based on that date and in accordance with the billing service period selected. ===What happens if I miss a scheduled payment?=== Clients who miss a payment and exceed 30 days will receive a statement as a reminder. If payment is not received and non-payment of service continues past 60 days the website will be subject to deactivation. ===What happens if my credit card is declined for a scheduled payment?=== Customer Service will contact you directly to update credit card information.
