How do I pay for my website or hosting?
Clients may pay by check or credit card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

How am I invoiced?
An invoice will be sent via mail and email for all services rendered including recurring charges. Client may request receipt by mail only.
How do I determine what is on an invoice?
Invoices are detailed and clearly describe each charge. If payment is made by credit card, the invoice will note payment and show invoice marked as paid.
Recurring Hosting Billing
How often do I get billed for hosting?
We have several billing options. You may select monthly, quarterly, bi-annual or annual billing periods.
When does my hosting service begin?
Hosting service commences the day after your website goes live. Ongoing hosting service invoices are generated automatically based on that date and in accordance with the billing service period selected.
What happens if I miss a scheduled payment?
Clients who miss a payment and exceed 30 days will receive a statement as a reminder. If payment is not received and non-payment of service continues past 60 days the website will be subject to deactivation.
What happens if my credit card is declined for a scheduled payment?
Customer Service will contact you directly to update credit card information.
